At CoolSilverChic we make our shipments through different agencies depending on the delivery point, we use agencies such as Nacex, SEUR, Correos Express, etc. In certain orders, for logistical reasons, other carriers more suitable for that specific shipment may be used.

  • The specific costs of each shipment will depend on the total weight of the order and the destination, and will be detailed before confirming the order.

  • Free shipping costs 60 euros net (duties and taxes not included), the amount for a free order will depend on the shipping area.

  • The delivery is considered made when the carrier has delivered the products to the customer's disposal and the customer has signed the delivery agreement document. The client will be obliged to check and verify the condition of the products and expose all claims that may be justified in the delivery document.

DELIVERY TERM:

The delivery time for products in stock within the Iberian Peninsula is 48/72 hours from the order leaving our facilities (for other destinations, consult). In the case of stock out, the estimated delivery time will be 7 to 10 days. Delivery time is understood as the departure of the merchandise from our warehouses, and the delay in the means of transport is not attributable to CoolSilverChic. Upon confirmation of the order you will be informed of any out-of-stock or discontinued product, and may modify or cancel the order in whole or in part.

DELIVERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Check the status of the order at the time of delivery and before the delivery person leaves. If you verify that any of the items are damaged (scratched, broken, wet...), please note this on the agency's delivery note and contact us within 24 hours to process the claim. If verification is not possible, note on the delivery slip “PENDING REVIEW”.

If you receive a defective item (it is missing accessories, it does not work...), you must contact us to process the exchange for a new item within a period of no more than 48 hours from the time of delivery. Shipping would be the responsibility of CoolSilerChic. If upon receipt of the order there is an item that does not correspond to the one requested, you must contact us to process the change within a period of no more than 48 hours from the time of delivery. After the deadline, the BUYER must be responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouses. In either case, the item in question will be collected first and after checking its condition, the new one will be sent.
