RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
1. RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL OR EXCHANGE
Once the purchase has been made on the website www.coolsilverchic.com, the User has the right to withdraw from said purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must notify CoolSilverChic of their decision. You can do so through the contact spaces enabled on the Website. The User must clearly and unequivocally express their intention to return or exchange, indicating the order number and reason.
Once the return or exchange is authorized by CoolSilverChic, the User will send the product in the same state in which it was received. Returns of used products or products damaged due to lack of care will not be accepted.
Likewise, the products must be returned including all the original and intact elements of the packaging, packaging and brochures, in addition to the copy of the purchase invoice.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the User. In case of exchange, the return shipping costs will be borne by the User and the shipping costs of the exchanged product will be borne by CoolSilverChic.
The User will send the products, upon acceptance of the return by CoolSilverChic, to the following address:

Once the return has been received by CoolSilverChic and it has been verified that the products arrive in perfect condition, (no refund will be made if the product has been used beyond its mere opening) the purchase price of the products will be refunded. never of the shipping costs, in the same payment method used during the purchase process.
Gift cards will never be refunded.
2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
These are all those cases in which the User considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not comply with what is stipulated in the contract or purchase order, therefore, they must contact CoolSilverChic within the period of 48 hours from receipt of the shipment, and let you know the existing non-conformity (defect/error/breakage) using the contact information provided on the website.
The User will be informed about how to proceed with the return of the products. Said return will be made from the same place where the purchase was shipped. Once the products are received by CoolSilverChic, they will be examined, it will be verified that they have not been tampered with, and the User will be informed if a refund or replacement is appropriate.
The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
The amount paid for those products that are returned due to a defect, when it really exists, will be fully refunded, including delivery costs and the costs that the User may have incurred to make the return. The refund will be made by the same payment method that the User used during the purchase process.
2. WARRANTY
All products sold by CoolSilverChic, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007), have a two-year warranty from delivery. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects or hidden defects. In this case and depending on the situation, the product will be replaced, repaired or the amount will be refunded.
This guarantee does not cover breakage or wear caused by the use of the products, nor by negligence, pulling and/or manipulation, nor the lack of adjustment in the closing elements of the jewelry, which due to use have opened, nor the called sulfidation by which 925 silver jewelry darkens over time.
